Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data BAI Business has processed from your interactions with the public site (forms, newsletter subscription, call booking) or from the authenticated platform (app.baibusiness.com) if you are a registered user.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@baibusiness.com from the address you registered with or used to contact us, including:

• Your full name (if you provided it)
• The email or phone you used to contact us
• Confirmation that you are requesting deletion of all your personal data

We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days, per Article 12.3 GDPR. In most cases we respond within 72 hours.

What gets deleted

• Your record in the CRM contact list
• Your newsletter subscription (if active)
• The email communication history associated with your address
• Call bookings (past and future)
• Any internal note that identifies you by name

Exceptions

We retain billing data (if you have been a customer with an issued invoice) for the legal period required by Spanish tax and commercial regulations: a minimum of 4 years for tax data and up to 6 years for accounting data. This is a legal obligation and cannot be subject to deletion until the period expires.

We may also retain aggregated, anonymized usage metrics that do not allow your re-identification.

Your other rights

In addition to the right of deletion, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction of processing, and portability. Full information on data processing is in the privacy policy.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), the supervisory authority for this site.
